1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DTF Scout ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
DTF Scout is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer printing suppliers. We provide directory listings, supplier profiles, reviews, comparison tools, and communication features. DTF Scout does not directly sell, manufacture, or ship any products.
3. User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
4. Supplier Listings
Suppliers may claim and manage their listings on DTF Scout. By claiming a listing, suppliers represent that they are authorized to do so and that all information provided is accurate. DTF Scout reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate our policies or contain misleading information.
5. Reviews and Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you grant DTF Scout a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and free from offensive or misleading material. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
6. Transactions Between Users
DTF Scout facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers but is not a party to any transaction between them. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products or services offered by suppliers. Any disputes between buyers and suppliers should be resolved directly between the parties.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or defamatory content; attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews; interfere with the platform's operation; scrape or collect data without permission; or impersonate another person or entity.
8. Limitation of Liability
DTF Scout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTF Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
